The University of Trento is pleased to invite you to the International Staff Week, from 18th – 22nd May 2020.

This event is aimed at creating network opportunities, sharing best practices and training our and your skills in a stimulating context.

The five-day programme includes workshops and sessions on Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility KA107: best practices and challenges of management; dissemination activities; mobility impact and on Soft Skills and Global Competences, as well as cultural and social activities.

 REGISTRATION 

Application deadline: 3rd April 2020 at 12:00 Italian time (GMT+1).

A confirmation on acceptance will be sent via email to all applicants by mid April.

The number of participants is limited to 30.

A maximum of 2 representatives per institution can be accepted, any selection will be based on ongoing institutional agreements and individual professional profile.

Tuesday 19th May

9.30 – ICM implementation: best practices and challenges of management, welcome services and mobility activities
10.30 – Coffee break
11.00 – ICM implementation: best practices and challenges of management, welcome services and mobility activities (Participants experiences)
12.30 – Free lunch break
14.00 – Free time for individual meetings
15:30 – Visit to the University student dormitory and sports facilities

Wednesday 20th May

Trip to the surroundings.

Thursday 21st May

10.00 – ICM dissemination activities: UniTrento experience
11.00 – World Cafè - Workshop on dissemination
12.00 – Results of the group works
12.30 – Free lunch break
14.00 – Soft Skills and Global Competences


Friday 22nd May

10.00 – ICM mobility impact: on individuals, Institutions and territory
10.30 – ICM mobility impact: on individuals, Institutions and territory (Participants experiences)
11.30 – Discussion
12.00 – Final session and certificates delivery


Only for Erasmus+ KA103:

Erasmus+ KA103 programme countries admitted participants who require a Mobility Programme signed by the University of Trento are requested to send it at least two weeks before arrival to international@unitn.it
Participation certificates will be delivered based on attendance.
