The University of Trento is pleased to invite you to attend the UniTrento Staff Training Week, from 21st to 25th May 2018, which focuses on recruitment ofinternational students and welcome services.
This event is aimed at creating network opportunities, sharing best practices and training our and your skills in a stimulating context.
The five-day programme includes sessions and workshops on the following topics:
- International mobility
- International recruitment & International courses
- Special needs, Sport facilites and services for students
- Tips on Italian Culture
- Cultural activities
- Opportunity to arrange individual meetings

Selected participants will get a confirmation by e-mail within the month of March. The number of participants is limited to 30.
Programme
Costs
The non-refundable fee for participation is 100,00 Euro and it includes:
- Guest Card (for local transport and cultural activities)
- welcome drink
- daily coffee breaks
- a social dinner
- guided tours
Accommodation
We have reserved single rooms the S.Bartolameo Hall of Residence located in the south of Trento. The rooms have ensuite bathroom and balcony. They are fully furnished and have Wi-Fi connection. The city centre is about 10 minutes by bus and the bus stop is opposite the halls of residence.
The cost for accommodation for 6 days (check in on Sunday 20th May and check out on Saturday 26th May) is 150,00 Euro.

Terms
All activities included in the programme are reserved to registered participants.
Admitted participants who require a Mobility Programme signed by the University of Trento are requested to send it at least two weeks before arrival to unitrento_stw@unitn.it.
Participation certificates will be delivered based on attendance on the last day of the STW.
Accommodation in the University Halls of Residence is reserved to registered participants (single rooms only).
